Yes!! These elbows cuffs are the tighest ones, I have been told. So I wanted to try them to challenge myself! They really make my elbows touch! Sir also added a pair of wrist cuffs, which I thought was a bit too much, I wasn’t going to escape the elbow cuffs anyway! Struggling in these cuffs makes my arms feel like one (does that make sense?). Watch the video and see what I mean!
