She struggles on the floor calling for help but the only one to hear her pitiful cries is the strangler. He comes in with a huge shop rag which he stuffs into her big mouth. Then medical tape is wrapped around her head and between her lips pushing the shop rag in deeper. Betty is helpless to prevent him from gagging her tight. He then pulls her to her feet and her to hop over to the wall.
